This article outlines how you can terminate your account on Enrichment Lessons.
How to Terminate Your Account
Important information regarding account closures
If you’re having trouble with the site, or if there’s anything we can help you with before you terminate your account, please contact Enrichment Lessons Support.
Course access
By terminating your Enrichment Lessons account, your account will be deleted and you’ll lose access to all the courses you’ve enrolled in, including purchased courses. Kindly note that there is no request a refund before closing your account.
Account data
When you terminate your account, the personal data associated with your account will either be deleted or anonymized. This includes your account data and platform usage data.
Please note, however, that we must retain certain data, like a record of payment transactions and data required for legal reasons. Any retained data will be deleted once the purposes of retention have been served. For additional information, review our Privacy Policy.
Kindly note that if you wish to revoke the terminate account request, you must notify us of this within 10 days of submitting your close account request. Once the terminate request for your account has been completed, and your account is fully deleted and anonymized, we won’t be able to reinstate your account.
How to close your Enrichment Lessons account on a browser
To terminate your account on out learning platform, follow this steps:
- Contact Support: Send an email to us on info@enrichmentlessons.com or message us via the contact us form.
- Request Deletion: In the body of your email/message, ask us to delete your account from our learning platform.
- Data Removal: We will dive you a 10-day waiting period before terminating your account from our learning platform, which permanently removes your student account and its associated data from our learning platform.
What Happens When an Account is Closed
- Data Deletion: All purchased courses, registered courses, course progress, quiz attempts, and enrollment history will be removed.
- Permanent Action: This action cannot usually be reversed.
After you submit your terminate account request, a confirmation email from info@enrichmentlessons.com will be sent to the email address you registered with your Enrichment Lessons, notifying you of your account termination request.
After terminating your account, another confirmation email from info@enrichmentlessons.com will be sent to the email address you registered with your Enrichment Lessons, notifying your of the termination.
Reminder: If you wish to revoke the terminate account request, you’ll need to do so within 10 days of submitting your terminate account request.
